With an UNBEATABLE LOCATION (one block away from the Main Square) UNAMORADA is an astonishing renovated old casona, boasting a traditional structure that combines modern design and functionality. It was a swimming pool (with a see through glass), a terrace with a BBQ, room with piano and flat screen, dining area, fullly equipped kitchen and many photograph worthy spaces. Its the perfect place for families or groups looking for a space created for spending good times together, rest and enjoy being in the heart of the historic center of Querétaro.

The property

The nightly rental of UNAMORADA includes:

3 rooms with queen size bed, shower, sink and toilet.

5 rooms with a full bed, shower, sink and toilet.

1 big "pijama party room" with 6 full beds, 2 showers, 2 sinks and 2 toilets.

All rooms have a tower fan, USB and power sockets near the bed, hangers, reading lamp and small stool.

Guests have exclusive access to the swimming pool (small one), the beautiful piano and can soak up the sun on the lovely terrace with world famous sunsets while throwing a barbecue.

There is also a 55" screen with Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO Max for our guests to enjoy. The piano room also has a small workstation with capacity for 2 laptops (not included).

The maximum number of guests is 28, as each of the 14 beds has capacity for 2 people.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

At the front of the property, there are 3 apartments which ARE NOT included in the rent. The staff of the house lives in there and we are easily reachable in case you need anything. We share the same main entrance of house but you wont see us much.

At the back of the house there is a room that is also not included in the rent.

IMPORTANT

Parties are allowed as long as they respect the quite hours:

Friday and Saturday: From 1 am to 8 am. 

Sunday through Thursday: from midnight to 8 am.

In the terrace quite hours start at midgnight everyday.

STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to play music during quiet hours.

Access to non guests is forbidden. If you want to rent the house for an event in which non guests enter the house, please contact us so we quote you properly and get written authorization.

The Pool

The water of the pool is heated with solar panels on the roof. If there are many cloudy days in a row, it might be the case that it wont heat enough (it was happened only one time in sex years). We apologize if that is the case. The average temperature of water is 29° (84° F). 

It is forbidden to enter the pool with any glass. Its also forbidden to smoke, eat or dive into the pool. ¨Please use the stairs.  Swimming gear is also compulsory.
